The University of Medicine (2) Yangon is one of the most selective medical universities in Myanmar. Admission is granted based solely on the applicant's scores in the University Entrance Examination. Approximately 300 students are accepted each academic year.
Sit for the national University Entrance Examination. Performance in this exam is the sole criterion for admission to UM2.
Await your exam results. Candidates who achieve the required scores for medical university admission will be eligible to apply.
Based on your score and preferences, you will be assigned to or can apply to UM2 through the centralized university placement process.
Complete enrollment formalities and attend orientation. Your journey at UM2 begins!
